Beautiful view, spacious room, friendly staff, convenient location near synagogues and kosher restaurants.

    Nothing not to love.

We liked nothing. How can they say they are a 5 star hotel The bed that I slept on sunk in the middle I needed a couple of extra pillows because the ones we had were flat well they did not have pillow cases so they brought up pillows without covers disgusting. My father needed to take medication went to the dinning lounge to ask for a cup of water and was told to get a bottle from his room where ofcourse there was a charge. Staff never ever smiles. Felt not welcomed This hotel should be rated again. They are no where near a five star My family and I travel alot and know a little about hotels.

The size and cleanness of room and bathroom. The friendly and helpful personnel.

I will like to have one more chair in the room and a mirror in the bathroom so you can look the back of your head when drying your hair,Also at breakfast, I would look to have a bigger variety of yogurt, like you used to have.

The hotel is perfect for a romantic escape. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy and modern decor. The rooftop terrace with a view of the city is stunning and a perfect spot for an intimate moment. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants, making it easy to have a romantic dinner.

The hotel lacks amenities like a spa or pool, which would have been perfect for a couple's retreat. the breakfast was nothing extraordinary, and could have been better for the cost.

    Nice rooms.

The staff told us the pool was not available because of a Bank Holiday. In fact it was shut down by government. Furthermore the ac did not work at all. Nice people but not truthful.

We had a great time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the doorman to the restaurant staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a clean and comfortable room with a beautiful view and ample natural light. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and situated in a hip area of the city center. We particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast, which was delicious and varied.

    Nothing is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The neighborhood was bustling with restaurants and shops, making it easy for us to explore. The hotel provided excellent service, with 24-hour room service and a helpful staff who were always attentive to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with a comfortable bed, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. We especially loved the terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings. The hotel also had a swimming pool and spa center, which added to our overall comfort and relaxation.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Overall ok, apart from restaurant staff who were very rude. The toilet in bathroom ran all the time, this fault was reported 3 times but was not repaired. Initial booking in was a problem as my brother and I were in deprecate rooms and they only allocated one room. We are frequent visitors to Burnos Aires and would not stay there again. I did not like being charge 21percent tax on top of my bill as I did not realise it was this high, it should have been pointed out more clearly at time of booking. Joyce Roberts

The tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. Very comfortable bed, big and spacious room.

The once excellent breakfast in years past has unfortunately gone down very much. Removing all those lovely fruits, bacon and many other foods, etc that used to grace the dinning room, and to me was the pride of abasto, has reduced the number of visitors to the Hotel. Last year, 2013, the dinning room was full every morning when I spent five weeks there, but this time you could count the numbers of customers, hardly 25, on the first day and on Sunday, less than 10, which to me is untypical of abasto Hotel. Now you have to pay 86 Pesos for such meagre breakfast with little choice. I speak from a long time experience of the Beautiful abasto ( two years plus six months). Long live the beautiful abasto hotel.

Great location, near bars, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast was remarkable, with plenty of diverse options. The staff was always helpful and even stored our luggage. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and good views from the balconies. I would recommend this hotel.

During my Easter break, I found a cozy hotel where I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and had crisp white linens that made me feel like royalty. the breakfast had excellent coffee and fresh fruit. The location was also excellent, being close to important museums and fun shopping.

I found the rooms to be a bit noisy, which was a bit disappointing. I noticed some minor maintenance issues that could be improved upon.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, this hotel is surrounded by extraordinary Peruvian restaurants and is just a few blocks from Abasto shopping mall. Staff is always ready to request a taxi, and Sheraton closer to the Puerto Madero area is within easy reach. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable, while breakfast is satisfying and delicious. You can also enjoy the craft service and the extraordinary hospitality from the staff.

The hotel can improve in providing more room features, such as better lighting or additional seating options.
